Positive: The room and bathroom were both very large, clean, and very pleasant. The bed was especially comfortable. We also liked the hotel’s simple but tasteful design, including the art displayed around the property, which is available to purchase. The spa area was very nice and a great place to relax. The location in Tapolca is excellent, and Miskolc city centre is only around a [10]-minute drive away. The underground garage was another welcome benefit. Although a kettle was not provided in the room initially, the staff gave us one promptly when we asked.
Negative: It would be better if a kettle or coffee machine were included in the room by default. Breakfast was okay overall, but the sweet selection could be improved.
